Dear Riders, Grooms, Trainers & Owners,

We are pleased to introduce you to our new comprehensive online Box Reservation tool.

Whether you are coming to compete at our next show in Oliva Nova, (13 to 24 April 2016) or might in the future, we invite to check out this unique Topiberian website and tool at events.topiberian.com (also in English).

With only a few clicks you will be able to see the box distribution, the availability, which horse and rider are in each box, the temperament, breed, sex of the horses in each box in order to make the best box selection for your horse(s).

Extra tack boxes are also reserved here and you can distribute your required boxes to your own liking.

When making your reservation you can choose how many boxes you need for a whole group or make individual reservations per rider.

You must specify your date and time of arrival and departure in order to be able to provide the best service to you and your horses.

You can also order bedding and supplies for each individual horse, lorry electricity and parking, even a VIP table!

All payments are made directly online with a credit card or by bank transfer. Please follow the instructions carefully.

It is helpful to fill out the the H&R Combinations before making the reservation as this information will remain in the data base and will speed up the reservation process. They will also remain for future shows.

Before the start of the show, you can enter "MY RESERVATIONS" and modify, make additions, corrections, etc.

Likewise the Trainers Declaration is essential if you are a trainer and have different pupils this is the solution in order to avoid your pupils coinciding at the same time during the competition. This form may be completed at the latest 48 hours before the start of the first test of the show.

If you need any help, I can "walk" you through it the first time. You will see how easy it is and that it simplifies greatly the whole show management.

Let me know if I can help you in any other way and any feedback, suggestions or comments are always welcome!

Warmest regards from Spain.
